Extremely welcome and friendly for beginners, my wife and I are very new to this and any fears about CrossFit only being for people already at a high fitness level were alleviated right away. There is a great optional "On-Ramp" program to get beginners acquainted to the program before jumping in!to regular classes. Truly a place for everyone!
I was a little nervous to return to CrossFit after a few years and in a different city, but the coaches ar Crossfit Green Bay have been extremely kind, patient, and supportive. This is a great community!
CrossFit Green Bay is awesome! Everyone is super friendly, the WOD’s are always different and I constantly notice the improvements in my strength and fitness. The trainers are excellent and always help to push and motivate you while at the same time putting in the extra time and attention to perfect your technique. Definitely highly recommend CrossFit Green Bay!
Motivating coaches! They take time to go through each movement before the workout and show variations to accommodate each skill level. The positive atmosphere created promotes a lot of good energy and positive vibes. Highly recommend!
The trainers are great to work with! As an older athlete (55+) who is new to crossfit, they are very attentive to your form and quick to offer scaling options if needed. Highly recommend!
