Normally the service and the fruit are fantastic from this location for the last 3 times I have ordered! But, the last order was absolutely terrible. They gave me fruit rinds and pineapple cores, when I called asking for another to be made they just refunded half of the money. You cannot bite into the pineapple, the melon is anemic looking almost clear in color. The strawberries were also white and green, but from my understanding there was a crop failure for the berries.
Other excuses from the customer service rep/ fruit designer said she made it herself and there was a problem with the overripe melons in the past... Which is why I got fruit rinds and weird off cuts instead. I rather not order from here again if they can't identify that certain selections of fruit are unavailable or not ripe enough to eat.
I waited a week to see if the fruit would ripen and soften. It is still rock-hard and flavorless. I will Be making smoothies out of the fruit at this point. With actual ripe fruit that I now have to buy more of 🙄.
Just cancel the order if something isn't right or the product can't be prepared. I am very disappointed, atleast the person I talked to was nice enough to refund half of the order.

I ordered something for my SIL's birthday since we weren't going to be able to make it into town for it. I called yesterday morning to see around what time it would get delivered and was greeted with such a kind demeanor! In fact, the gentleman even asked if I would prefer for it to be delivered first or last - giving me options. This never happens on the East Coast. The delivery was also prompt and at the time the gentleman told me it would be delivered. It was a gorgeous bouquet and my SIL really enjoyed it. I was so impressed with the customer service at the De Pere location - give these people a raise. I'll definitely order from this location again!!! Thank you for helping me make my SIL's birthday special.

Edible Arrangement is a GREAT company! The quality of the produce is high and the efficiency of the company is impressive. This was my first order and I will definitely be back for future occasions!

I don't know how to feel right now. The left is what I ordered (and I added the Belgian chocolate happy birthday pop), but the right is what was delivered. 🤦🏾♀️
I've always had pleasant experiences with Edible Arrangements, and I've ordered from several different locations because we have friends and family EVERYWHERE!! This is the first time that I am not pleased with what I paid for! We were disappointed when we saw the pictures of what she received. 😔

Bonnie to the rescue! We forgot to order our daughter’s favorite treat for her post prom party. The shop closed at 5pm on Saturday, but Bonnie stayed and arranged a beautiful fresh bouquet for us when we called at the last minute. Can’t thank her enough. Our daughter loved it! So yummy!
