Worst customer service I have dealt with in building a new home. I started working with Prestige in May this year, and still have not received a final plan. We communicated our wants for our kitchen and the sales rep did not make these updates. Be prepared to wait a minimum of two weeks for updated pricing if you make changes or the sales rep makes a mistake. Maybe you just need to be a Prestige client to receive quality customer service.
Our cabinets truly make our house. Not only did Prestige do a wonderful job on our home’s original cabinetry, they came back 10 years later for a small remodel and it looks so good you would never even know. Not only was Angel extremely helpful with the design, their quality, service and professionalism was top-notch, which is why I would highly recommend Prestige.
We recently moved into our new house and we both agree our cabinets by Prestige are our favorite part of our home. The cabinets in the entire house and the fireplace mantel turned out just perfect. We have had many compliments on our cabinetry. We will recommend Prestige to anyone building or remodeling and want beautiful cabinetry.
