My drain decided to back up on a Saturday. I was so pleased to find someone that did not charge extra for weekend service! He arrived soon after my initial call, and did a thorough job. So happy with the service, I will not call anyone else in the future!

Mike and his son came out the same day earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated! They went above and beyond to fix the problem and treated me with respect and kindness as if I was part of the family! I would call him again in a heartbeat!

Amazing job at unclogging the drain that leads out to the sewer. Mike was very informative and explained everything I had questions about. Even took a video of what happened and explained everything I was watching. Charlene was very helpful. Very nice people to work with. Very highly recommended for you pipe clearing needs. I’m so grateful for you guys acting so fast. Thank you Mike and Charlene. You guys are awesome.

Best in Green Bay hands down!!!! Our main line had backed up and while trying to clear it, a bigger problem reared it's ugly head. Mike let me know that the city line wasn't clearing and let the city workers know what was going on. After the city cleared their end, Mike cleared out our mainline and everything is working great!!! Top notch service, best price in town and more than happy to share any knowledge that may help in the future. Will definitely use again if problems arise!!!

We had a handyman over and we had one plumbing issue he could not take care of so we called Rapid Rooter. They were at our house less than 48 after me calling. Mike was great. Very courteous and he managed to fix the problem and even gave some advice to stop it from happening again. We will definitely be calling them again.
