I have very mixed feelings about my experience at the salon. My five year old daughter and I had appointments at the same time to get our haircut as a girls outing. The cut I received is great, and I am very happy with the attention paid to me, however, the haircut, my daughter received was not what we had asked for. I came in with a picture and explained that she had cut a small portion of her hair at her eyebrow level, but I was asking for that to be blended into her hair, and that our request for my daughter’s haircut was to have layers put in with face framing. However, when the cut was done, my daughter had a full row of fringe bangs. When I called later to ask why the bangs were cut back in, I was told that my five year old said she wanted her hair that short. I was in the salon when my daughter was asked, albeit, I was getting my haircut at the same time a row away, but I could’ve been consulted. If I had been, I would have again shared that we were trying to grow her bangs out for a year and a half, and had come into the salon to have the grown-out bangs blended back into her hair not to have them re-cut. When I called to ask why this had happened and shared my frustration I was told a note was being put into my daughters file to not cut bangs again. While I appreciate that gesture, I feel that the salon could have done more to retain our business. Perhaps offered to comp a portion of the cost of my daughters haircut, or to provide an incentive for us to return in the future. It just felt that although they had made a mistake, they didn’t care very much about retaining our business. In general, I’ve had very good experiences with this business, and would recommend it for adults. However, this experience has led me to believe that it may not be the best environment for a young child’s haircut.

This is my sister in laws experience below. This is absolutely appalling with less than 30 days to her wedding. We are lucky to have been able to find anyone able to take us with this short of notice (shoutout to creative hair designs!). Don’t go here if you are looking for a relaxing or seamless experience.
Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. My sister booked updos for myself and five bridesmaids for my upcoming wedding about 6 months in advance. She was very clear that this was for a wedding. She received two calls requesting we move around start times due to staffing issues which we were more than happy to accommodate. She then received another call less than 30 days before the day of my wedding saying they were unable to accommodate us due to staffing and they were not aware this was for a wedding despite the three total conversations we had stating that this was for a wedding. The salon did absolutely nothing to make this right and every phone interaction we’ve had was extremely disappointing. Cancelling on a wedding party less than a month before?? Very grateful to the salon that was able to get us in last minute but absolutely unbelievable that all they could do was offer a halfhearted apology.

A beautiful salon with reasonable pricing. The spa is a true gem in town with affordable treatments. I've never had a bad experience and will continue to go back for a little me time!

AMAZING and RELAXING. Trevor went over my focus areas beforehand. I was blown away how attentive and mindful he was. This was the best massage I've had by far.

As always, our stylist, Sara goes above and beyond in my oldest daughters haircuts! We had to deviate a little from the original plan but we still left happy and stylish ♡
