I had my furnace stop working early on a Sunday and it was 20 degrees outside. They had someone available to come look at it almost immediately. I was informed that the furnace was an odd model so they needed to order a part. The part arrived within a day of them ordering it and they repaired my furnace the following morning at 7:30am. Their office staff checked if my 18 year old furnace was still under warranty (it was) so that I didn't have to deal with any of that. The only cost to me for replacing my heat exchanger was the fee to come out and look at the it on a Sunday. They also provided me space heaters at no charge while waiting for the part. I was able to keep my entire house at 70 degrees with 3 of their space heaters. VERY HAPPY with their service.
So far so good with the heating! My complaint is that we paid $9700 to get both an air conditioner and new furnace installed only to receive a bill for $10 saying we still owed this! I called regarding this charge and they would not waive it because we financed through Bryant and John Sinkler said they that they have to pay their workers and also Bryant’s charge! Really $10! Absurd! We owe $10! So angry! when I called about it, the gentleman I talked to laughed that we got a bill for $10 and also when my husband went in to sign the contract the lady said that Mr. sinkler would probably just waive this charge! I can honestly say wouldn’t recommend Sinkler based on this! Just being honest with my feelings on this!
It’s never good news that you need a new furnace, but I’m so happy that I got to work with the people at Sinkler. Everyone was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and just all around awesome to work with. My house is all toasty warm and the furnace is super quiet. Plus I thought it was cool that during the city inspection after the install, the first thing the Inspector said was “You picked a great company, they do excellent work, and a lot of it.” There’s a ton of things that I would have rather spent the money on, but nobody I’d rather have spent it with.
Excellent people and top quality work! We had an entire heating system installed in our 100' x 60' shop and the workmanship was outstanding. I also hired them to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. They continued to impress. My hats off to Eric and team for the workmanship and response .We will be using them to upgrade our heating system in an additional shop this summer. Give them a call....you won't be disappointed!
Had 'Murphy' strike and lost my A/C unit at 8 PM on a Sunday evening during a heat wave. Sinkler not only answered the call but was also able to send a technician even given the terrible timing. There is a premium to pay which is justified and expected given it is a weekend and the time of night but it was very fair. The tech (Jarred) was great and and was able to resolve this issue and get my unit running yet that evening. Great response and service!
