My wife and I bought the house earlier this year and once we found out how bad the sag was in our floor we contacted 5 different companies to fix our basement. We had 5 different estimates from a couple thousand dollars all the way up to $20,000. The other companies were very pushy about other things in our basement and not just focused on what we were originally calling about, Robert was not like that at all and was very focused on what we called him about and also Titletown was the most affordable. Robert and his crew were awesome. The couple times we met with Robert prior to the job he was very friendly and accurate with his information. He worked on it as his “own home” like he even said a couple times. They were honest about not being able to get the sag completely out since our home was just freshly redone but he worked with us to get the most out of the lift. We will be having more work done with Titletown basements. Thank you Robert, Jesse, and Jay!

These guys did excellent work at a very reasonable price. 1 week after completion of work our basement was dry enough to be dusty!! Highly recommend this company.

They did the added supports to my crawl space with great speed and price. I would recomend them for any fondation work. Very knowledgeable about work to be completed.

I called with a concern about a small leak in the corner of our basement foundation where there was an addition to the house that was leaking water from the outside faucet. Titletown basements got me a service call super promptly and Robert stopped by on time a few days later. Robert was super professional and knowledgeable and helped us diagnose the problem which was actually due to the faucet outside and not a foundation problem. He offered his advice and expertise and felt like he truly cared and was not just trying to sell us on stuff that we didn’t ultimately need.
