TLC is a great vet clinic! They are accepting new patients and able to get your fur baby in quickly for a check up. The staff is knowledgeable, receptive and very nice. We took our cat, Ninja, in for a check up and booster shots. We also had a few questions about feeding and introducing a new cat to our home. The vet tech walked us through the vaccinations and recommended the ones for an indoor cat and no unnecessary shots. Dr. Mike is funny, caring and will shoot you straight about any and all questions you may have. He said Ninja was at the top end for cats and had some good insight about feeding and weight control. Great clinic, amazing staff!!

I love the care Scout gets at TLC .. they are always a phone call away and have loved him like their own !! Scout has aging disease that require more intense care and weekly visits. Dr. Michael and staff are so caring and patient with ongoing care and concern and phone calls. I feel like family and not vet care ! They are so professional and yet have the human compassion that we all are seeking when it comes to our pets that we need in every moment of care with them. I could never thank them enough and hope I have many years left of seeing them !!

I am saddened after 12 years to end my relationship with TLC. During our visit today, my 12 year old yellow lab had a seizure a few minutes after arriving to TLC. The receptionist was more concerned with picking up his feces (not because he was going to roll in it, because it was unsanitary & on the floor) than what was going on with my dog. The receptionist didn't acknowledge me or the seizing dog beyond picking up poop. As soon as he came out of the seizure and was able to be handled, I picked up all 55lbs of him carried him to the door, opened up both sets of doors, and got him situated in my van; all without anyone from the business asking if I needed any help. TLC has received negative reviews from other people because TLC would only immediately help people's pets who are were existing patients. (See the lady's review who needed to euthanize her cat) Be glad you're not a patient, because they run a business. That's it. It doesn't matter how long the patient has been a client. When I told Dr. Char that this incident along with my negative experience with them in May will result in me moving my business, she had absolutely nothing to say. I realize your are down 1 vet after Dr. Heather left the team to pursue other opportunities. The entire atmosphere & experience has changed since her departure and not for the better. In the future I hope your office becomes customer centered again.
